We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, EFT, and online payments via PayFast. For services over R500, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Service times vary: Natural styles (2-3.5 hours), Box braids (3 hours), Knotless braids (6.5 hours), Sister locs (7-12 hours). Exact duration depends on hair length and thickness.
Absolutely! We specialize in gentle, patient styling for kids. Parents/guardians must remain present during children's services. We make the experience fun and comfortable for little ones.
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair. Bring any specific hair products you prefer. For long services, you're welcome to bring snacks or entertainment. We provide refreshments!
Free cancellation with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking at no charge.
